Fried noodle with
vegetable and Thai red hot chili
For 8 persons
Cook time: 30 min.
Ingredients:
600 g dry noodle
500 g cabbage or
similar, cut in small peaces
300 g green
paprika, in 3-4 cm long peaces
1 big whole garlic
10-15 Thai chili
(small and strong)
sweet basil
vegetarian soya
sauce
fish sauce
lime
6 eggs
Let the noodles
cook for 5 minutes. Turn the stove off and mix the cabbage with the boiled
noodles (leave the water in pot). Fry garlic and chili until the garlic turns
yellow, then add the eggs and continue frying. Pour out the water from the
cabbage and noodle pot and add the fried eggs, garlic and chili mix, Thai sweet
basil and soya sauce. Serve the dish with Thai fish sauce and chili.
Tips to serve with fried
noodle with vegetable and Thai red hot chili:
Chop 4-5 small Thai
chili and some garlic in small pieces, mix with lime juice and fish sauce in a
little bowl. The taste is salty, sour, hot and fresh!
